By choosing the virtual guide, you will have a specialist with you virtually, and you’ll receive all the necessary instructions in the chat. These directions are carefully crafted by our expert virtual guides, and you’ll also receive pictures from the rides and maps. Once you notify the guide you exited the ride, the guide can send you details for the next one.
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes! To ensure the best experience, we recommend booking as early as possible.
Can I cancel my tour?
Absolutely! We don’t charge any fees for cancellations made with at least 24 hours prior to the tour date.
